It's official: Mallika Sherawat will dance in a chartbuster that Malaika
Arora Khan originally grooved to. The Tamil version of Dabangg, called
Osthe, is currently on the floors and the filmmakers were looking for
someone who could up the oomph quotient in the remake. The item number
Munni was a chartbuster in the Hindi original, and its Tamil equivalent
has been constantly under the spotlight.
It is being said that the Bollywood bombshell has been paid a whopping amount to dance for the song. Sonu Sood will shake a leg with Simbu and Mallika for this song. Simbu and Dharani have decided on the word Kalasala to be the catchphrase of the much-expected item song in Osthe.
Says a source, "Yes, the song will have the term Kalasala as its buzzword. The word is used as a call for merriment. It is believed that Shruti Haasan will croon the song, which will be recorded by composer Thaman next week.
